Payments and Subscriptions
Kesher CRM is a specialized Business-to-Business (B2B) tool. Please note:
- External Billing: All account subscriptions, enterprise registrations, and payments are handled exclusively through our web dashboard at kesherapp.com.
- No In-App Purchases: The mobile application does not offer any digital goods, subscriptions, or payment processing for new accounts. Access is restricted to employees of existing corporate clients.
Information Collection & Purpose
We collect information to provide a functional field service experience. Each permission has a specific business purpose:
- Location Data: We collect precise location data to show nearby service jobs and calculate ETAs for clients. When authorized, background location is used to track technician routes for optimized dispatching.
- Camera & Photos: Access is used to capture site evidence, completed work photos, and documentation for service reports.
- Microphone & Audio: Used to record voice notes and business call evidence directly related to service jobs for quality and record-keeping.
- Account Info: Name, email, and phone numbers are used solely for identity verification and secure access.
SMS Data: We store phone numbers for users who opt-in to receive job notifications. SMS consent and mobile opt-in data are NOT shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Use and Sharing
Your data is used strictly for operational functionality. We share data with third-party providers only as necessary to provide our services:
- Service Functionality: We use Firebase (Google) for secure push notifications and Twilio/RingCentral for processing business calls and SMS.
- No Marketing Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties for advertising or tracking purposes.
- Tenant Isolation: Data is logically separated by Company ID (Empresa) to ensure your business records are only accessible to your authorized organization.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and secure SQL Server encryption at rest, to protect your personal and business information.
Account Deletion
We value your right to privacy. Users can initiate account deletion at any time:
- In-App Option: Users can find the "Delete Account" option within the application settings menu.
- Process: Upon request, personal identification data is deactivated and anonymized from our active databases, subject to legal and business record retention requirements.
Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for professional use by adults and are not directed to individuals under the age of 18.
